The products are dispatched by reliable courier service or
regular transport for domestic sale and shipped through regular shipping
agency for export sales on receiving the conformed order. It is our
endeavor to shipment the confirmed order within 30 days. However, there
can be an instance when a customer places an order of an expensive item
or an order of large quantity or special unique products like Bronze
icons, big wood carving, Brass products etc., which may take some time
to manufacture and this can present delay to the shipment of your order.
In such situation you will be informed immediately the expected time
frame regarding shipment of your order by phone or e-mail.
Delivery Status of an order can be given only on mail and not on phone.
We promise to deliver the order on the requested date failing which we will refund the money unless there is any fault in the address / telephone or unavailability of Receiver.
We do not promise to refund the money in case requested time could not be maintained and delivery happens on requested date. We will refund the amount only on the Time delivery charges if so you have paid Extra.
Please note that the packing and forwarding charges upto shipment have been included in the product’s price band.
